Goshen Competes Against Nationally Ranked Teams at the Blue Dragon Invitational

On February 11, Goshen’s Science Olympiad Junior Team competed in the Blue Dragon Invitational tournament in Levittown Long Island. Nearly 700 students from highly ranked teams across the tri-state area competed in 25 different events, covering a wide range of science-related fields. Goshen's team won first place in Experimental Design, second place in Meteorology, fourth place in Mystery Design, fifth place in Wind Power, seventh place in Mission Possible and Rocks & Minerals, eighth place in Wright Stuff, and ninth place in Road Scholar. The team will head to the Mid-Hudson Regional Competition.
